Return Policy
All returns or warranty issues related to Top of the World collections will be handled on a per purchase basis. Please contact info@topoftheworld.com for any Top of the World product issues or return authorization. All sales are considered final except in cases of shipping errors or damaged original merchandise. 

The store at 581 Bank St. is now closed and no longer accepting returns on any purchase. Additionally in store pick up is now longer available.  Any warranty issues or claims will now have to be directed to the manufacturer.

Shipping
Top of the World ships via all major couriers with the exception of any PO Box addresses which can only ship via Canada Post. We’re committed to keeping shipping simple and transparent for our customers! Here’s how it works:
  • Flat Rate Shipping in Canada: Just $11, no matter where you are in the country or how many items you order.
  • Flat Rate Shipping in the U.S.A. : A straightforward $15, whether it’s a single product or multiple items.

This means you can shop with confidence, knowing exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping costs—no surprises, ever. Plus, with our direct-from-manufacturer shipping model, your order will arrive quickly and efficiently. 

Order Processing & Ship Times:
At Top of the World, we’ve embraced a sustainable and efficient print-on-demand system for all our products. This means each item is made specifically for you, reducing waste and ensuring a more eco-conscious production process.
  • Production Timeline: Each product is carefully crafted within 1-5 business days, ensuring both quality and speed.
  • Direct Shipping: Once your item is ready, it ships directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse to your doorstep, cutting down on delays and unnecessary handling.

Payment:
Your credit card will be charged at time of order submission.

Shipped:
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order. A tracking number will be provided to you. 
NOTE: Your order will be insured by the courier for a maximum value of $100.00, any lost or stolen orders are not the responsibility of Top of the World and all insurance claims etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser and the courier. Top of the World is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

International Deliveries:
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.
